Julian Wortelboer is a co-founder of Padel Smash Academy and a driving force behind its coaching education platform, helping shape how the game is taught and scaled in the United States. As the only certified Padel Master Coach in the U.S., he brings years of elite coaching, club leadership, and player development experience to every part of the Academy. He also helped develop The Shots of Padel alongside Cesc Caceres, an exclusive instructional system created specifically for Padel Smash Academy to give players and coaches a stronger foundation in the game. Through his leadership, Julian has helped position the Academy as a trusted destination for coach certification, player growth, and the continued expansion of padel.

Cesc Caceres is the Founder and CEO of Padel Smash LLC and a key force behind the vision, growth, and educational direction of Padel Smash Academy. With six years of padel experience, he has played an active role in building the Academy into a platform designed to grow the sport through accessible coaching education and digital learning. He is also the creator of The Shots of Padel, developed with Julian Wortelboer exclusively for Padel Smash Academy as a structured teaching system for players and coaches. As the head coach to his daughter, a professional junior padel player, Cesc brings a personal passion for player development and a hands-on understanding of the discipline, strategy, and commitment the sport demands.
